THERMAL BREAK SYSTEM

The technical expertise gained through our on-going experience in extrusions coupled with the knowledge gained through numerous interactions with system designers over the years has helped to enable the natural progression of Arabian Extrusions from simply extruding systems for others, to being able to design and market its own range of systems.

The first of such systems to be designed and one of our most widely used so far is the ‘Arexal’ Thermal Break System, [ATBS].

Arabian Extrusions was able to launch the system thanks to the unwavering commitment and determination of our dedicated team, as well as with the extensive experience of our management (with over twenty six years in the industry). Following its launch the ATBS System has been successfully promoted it in both the local market, and abroad.

The Arexal thermal breaking system is designed to better cope with the climatic requirements of the Gulf and Middle East region, and to significantly improve energy conservation, while still maintaining a light weight and simple structure. Ease of fabrication has also been considered, and the system therefore utilizes fewer profiles in its construction than the competition, making it quicker and simpler to assemble.

Arexal has already proven itself to be an economical, reliable and strong system.

Arexal 55 Hinged and Arexal 105 sliding series have been successfully tested by an International testing laboratory in U.A.E. The system meets requirements of Air Infiltration, Operation force, Strategic water penetration and Structural load performance.

The system has been specifically designed with ‘euro grooves’ to suit hardware such as GIESSE, SAVIO, and LAVAAL, which are easily available in the market, though can also be supplied by us. Our system designed EPDM gaskets are also available and can easily be catered to requirements.

Additionally, the Arexal Thermal Break System can be powder coated in any colour, even in crimped condition together with our polyamide strips, as this treatment can withstand temperatures of up to 220 C.

All Crimping is done using an Italian designed Crimping machine, and we are therefore able to ensure that the quality of final products meets requirements with excellent consistency.
