QUALITY CONTROL
AREXCO Quality Control Department's well-trained staff consistently monitor product throughout the production phase to ensure that finished product is in good condition and fulfills customer requirements. We carry out checking procedures to specifications as per international standards EN 755-9:2001 and Din 1748. Shapes are checked for dimensional accuracy, contour, good surface quality, as well as how well they meet any specific customer requirements. For painted products, the thickness of the paint layers, their ability to adhere to the products and their colour accuracy are tested. All customer orders undergo the thorough process of quality inspection before delivery.
AREXCO’s use of modern production devices, an advanced management system, precise inspection instruments and qualified technologists are the guarantee our product quality. Testing and control facilities make it possible to manufacture consistently to specific standards.
We believe in a strict policy of quality assurance at every stage of manufacturing, since it is quality of our work that determines our success in the market place.
Our Quality Assurance Laboratory is equipped with the most up-to-date instrumentation designed to analyze physical tolerances such as hardness, tensile strength, elongation, etc. We are also equipped with Testing Equipment for Conductivity, Resistivity, Coating thickness, chemical testing, and concentration testing, among others.
