AREXCO has two 2500 MT capacity, 8 inch press extrusion lines with annual production capacity of 18,000 MT.
We have held the ISO 9001:2000 certificate from BSI Management systems since 2005.
AREXCO manufactures Aluminium profiles in 6063, 6061 and 6082 alloys for various applications such as architectural applications, industrial products, scaffolding, signboard, and kitchens etc. Any new applications can easily be catered to however, as the infrastructure is in place to develop dies and extrude profiles to any customer requirements.

AREXCO‘s staff have over 25 years of experience in the field and are all fully involved in the manufacturing process. AREXCO staff are constantly looking to improve the quality of our products, and are on hand to make sure that the extruded profiles are checked throughout the production process, and meet the proper quality standards in order to ensure that only the highest quality material is supplied to the customer.
We use only the highest quality aluminum billet supplied by DUBAL - Dubai Aluminium Company Ltd. to produce our quality profiles.
We extrude thousands of different profiles including some that form part of our tested systems such as our Sliding and hinged series doors & windows, Curtain Wall and Thermal Break profiles as well as standard profiles, AC Grills & Ducting and other miscellaneous profiles.
We never compromise on quality, making all possible efforts to ensure that material arrives to the customer in the proper condition and expected timeframe. Nothing short of excellence is our goal and we intend to keep it that way.
